Merchant is for shops, websites and apps that accept payment from their buyers and top up SIPCO accounts from their own prefunded balance. An administrator enables access after a request to support.
Discuss Merchant accessWhat Merchant includes
- One SIPCO balance for further customer top-ups; USD operations with no automatic overdraft.
- An individually assigned bonus rate for successful top-ups. Bonuses return immediately to the same balance and can fund new sales, including sales funded by earlier bonuses.
- A workspace with operations, search, statuses, month or date statistics, turnover, bonuses and refunds.
- An API to check recipients, create top-ups and query status; signed webhooks and PHP/Python examples.
- Agent sections with existing privacy controls. Referral earnings are recorded separately; a Merchant sale does not earn a second agent commission.
- Fund your own balance using available SIPCO online payment methods. SIPCO administration can also record cash or bank payment already received by SIPCO as manual funding; the funding itself earns no bonus.
How a top-up works
- Register a normal SIPCO account, verify your contacts and ask support to agree access and the rate.
- Fund your account with your own money using normal SIPCO payment methods. Integrate the API on your server and keep the key secret.
- Check the customer by exact phone or email. The response gives eligibility and minimal masked data, never a password, full profile or balance.
- Send the USD amount and a unique order ID. Queue acceptance does not yet debit or reserve money.
- Wait for succeeded through the API or a verified webhook. The shop debit, customer credit and bonus posting occur in one financial transaction.
Key conditions
- You choose how, in which currency and on what terms you accept your buyer’s payment. SIPCO does not collect your shop’s buyer payment.
- Before posting, the system checks recipient eligibility and sufficient balance. Insufficient funds prevent the top-up; your shop balance is not disclosed to the buyer.
- The customer sees a top-up through the public shop name and can obtain a SIPCO receipt. This is not a receipt for the buyer payment collected by your shop.
- A SIPCO administrator processes refunds after checking the operation and available funds; the related bonus is adjusted. Refunding the buyer payment in your shop is a separate procedure.
- Merchant API top-ups to your own account and incoming internal transfers to an active Merchant are blocked. Cash withdrawal of Merchant bonuses is not offered.
Bonus rates and access terms are agreed individually. Documentation is public for evaluation; live keys are issued only to assigned Merchants.
