- Use of Cookies
3.1. Google Analytics (G-RY80MDW1JD, Google) and Yandex Metrica (92127521, Yandex) load only after permission for analytics or Allow all. Tags are blocked before consent; no denied-consent signal is sent to external counters. Older cookie choices do not automatically enable analytics. Providers process the public page, its language and technical browser/network data, including the IP address received with a request. Events do not add contacts, form/chat contents, invitation codes, URL parameters or fragments. Webvisor, click maps, Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are off. Google analytics cookies are configured for 90 days; Metrica technology uses provider durations. Landing choices last up to 180 days. Refusing or withdrawing in Cookie settings stops loading and removes accessible analytics cookies; previous pageviews are not automatically deleted. Blockers and tracking restrictions may prevent statistics. Provider policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/. This change applies only to the new landing site. The landing site uses localStorage and, for requested features, cookies or sessionStorage. Necessary data supports security, chat sessions and cookie choices. With permission, it may store theme and language (until deleted or withdrawn) and the first valid invitation code (up to 30 days without extending on repeat visits). The optional-storage decision is stored for up to 180 days on the landing domain only. Before permission, invitations are not stored or passed through links or QR. Refuse or change choices through Cookie settings in the footer. Refusal does not block sign-in or support. Withdrawal removes optional data on this landing site but does not undo past registrations or transactions. Server requests may involve IP addresses and technical request data to operate and protect the service; this differs from cookie storage. Account and chat data processing terms apply when you open those services. After an explicit choice on the new landing site, Sipco receives a technical decision record without a name, contacts, account or form contents. It supports the administrator's cookie-choice summary and is not sent to Google or Yandex. Refusal may be counted, but taking no action is not refusal. Categories, language and receipt time are retained for up to 180 days. A random decision number prevents duplicate delivery counts and is not a visitor number.

Separate Contact us form
On the new dev.sipco.online landing site, Contact us opens a separate form. Choose cooperation, agency, Merchant / API, general enquiry or your own topic. Email and message are required; name and phone are optional. Staff will reply by email after review; delivery depends on the mail service. For account or payment help use Need help? → Write to support. Staff will reply by email. A private email link opens only this conversation for up to 30 days; do not forward it. Entered contact details do not verify account ownership. If necessary cookies are blocked, email info@sipco.online. Closing the form keeps the draft until page reload or navigation.
Customer account analytics
Open Menu → Settings → Usage statistics. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica permission starts off; there is no popup banner in the account. The new landing page’s cookie choice is not transferred to the app.
Check the box only if you agree to optional statistics. The choice lasts up to 180 days in this browser, not across all account devices. If storage is unavailable, it applies only in the current window, as stated beside the control.
Uncheck the box to stop loading tags and delete analytics cookies accessible to the app. Withdrawal reaches other open tabs in this browser but does not delete statistics already sent. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep analytics off.
Events include only the section name, language and sign-in state. Phone numbers, email, passwords, amounts, conversations, form contents, URL parameters and invitation codes are not added. Providers also receive connection details such as an IP address; the service is not completely anonymous. Session Replay, click maps, advertising personalisation and automatic link tracking are off.
Refusing does not affect sign-in, calls, payments or support. Blockers and tag settings may prevent data appearing in reports.
