Sipco step-by-step guides: SIP clients, calls, app installation and passkeys.

Registering a new account
  1. Select Registration and your language on the sign-in screen. Enter your real first and last names, international phone and personal email.
  2. Email becomes lowercase while typing and pasting. Enter an address such as name@example.com without interior spaces; invalid addresses cannot be submitted. Correct formatting does not prove a mailbox exists: complete the required verification.
  3. If invited, enter the optional code. An invitation link supplies the invitation automatically.
  4. Read the privacy policy and public offer and accept both with one checkbox. Complete CAPTCHA if it appears.
  5. Request and verify the phone code or offered method, and separately verify the email code. Wait 60 seconds before requesting another code.
  6. Set a password of at least 8 characters and complete registration. If a contact is already used, sign in or recover access.
  7. Sign-in, registration and starting recovery normally work without CAPTCHA. The server requests it after suspicious activity such as failed passwords, repeated attempts or trying many contacts. A check may appear after the third wrong password within 15 minutes. An ordinary page refresh alone is not suspicious; the server considers the browser, contact and network.
  8. If CAPTCHA appears, select it. Retry after an error or timeout; if it cannot load, select Reload security check. Entered details are preserved. It does not compute in advance or allow a suspicious request after failure. Contact support if the problem continues.
  9. The account-created SMS and login-details SMS requested by staff contain app.sipco.online, your phone with country code (+…) and app password. Select the country and enter the number, or enter the full phone with +. The separately labelled 00… SIP login is only for third-party SIP apps, not the portal phone field. The short SMS uses Latin letters; the password is unchanged. Queuing or provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery.
  10. Email fields automatically convert the address to lowercase while typing, pasting and before submission. For example, IVANOV@EXAMPLE.COM becomes ivanov@example.com. Invalid formats are rejected: enter a mailbox name, @ and a domain, for example name@example.com; spaces inside the address are not allowed. Surrounding spaces are removed. Correct formatting does not prove the mailbox exists: registration, email changes and recovery still require their usual verification. Passwords and external service usernames are not changed.
How do I sign in to my SIPCO account?
  1. Open app.sipco.online and choose phone or email sign-in.
  2. Enter the password for your existing account. No new registration is required.
  3. If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? and follow the prompts.
Making a browser call
  1. Opening the dialer, signing in, account navigation and data refresh do not enable or request the microphone. There is no Prepare microphone button or readiness icon. The microphone is acquired only after pressing Call with a number entered.
  2. Start entering a number in Calls. The destination and an estimated price or range appear below it, refined using the longest matching prefix. No invented price is assigned to short or service codes. The estimate neither starts a call nor requests the microphone.
  3. Enter an international number with or without +, or a short number/code such as *150. Up to 32 digits, * and # are accepted; your operator determines code availability.
  4. Hold 0 for about half a second to enter +. A short tap enters 0. During a call the keypad sends tone commands: holding 0 sends one 0 tone. When dialing another number, hold 0 to enter + again.
  5. Press Call and wait for an answer. During a call, the keypad sends tones to the selected line.
  6. Select Audio to choose an available output. If your browser does not offer this choice, switch speaker, earpiece or headset using your phone’s system controls.
  7. After the last call ends, Call ended appears for 3 seconds, then Ready to call returns with a green indicator if the connection is active. If connectivity is lost, the actual connection status is shown. You can start another call immediately without waiting for the message to change.
  8. If audio setup is delayed, the app uses a network route already found without waiting for every unavailable probe. If no route is found within 12 seconds, the attempt ends with an audio connection error. Check your internet connection, try another network and call again. Ready to call confirms registration, but does not guarantee that your network passes audio. If the error continues, give support your account phone number and the attempt time with its time zone.
  9. Redial: with an empty number field, the first press of Call fills the latest number from your loaded call history. Check it and press Call again; only this second press starts the call. A non-empty number still takes one press. If there is no history yet or the latest entry has no recognized number, enter the number manually; the app shows the existing hint. If history is unavailable and none is loaded in this window, retry later or enter a number. Reading history does not request the microphone or hold a current call; use Add call first for a second line.
  10. Use the delete icon to the right of the dial field: a tap deletes the last character, and a hold clears the entire field. Moving your finger, starting to scroll or leaving the screen before the hold completes cancels clearing. Only the dial field changes; history and contacts remain, and a current call is not ended. After clearing, the first Call press recalls the latest history number and the second starts the call.
  11. If prompted, allow the microphone for app.sipco.online. On iPhone, save the permission in Safari Page Menu → Website Settings → Microphone → Allow. In Chrome, choose permission for site visits where available. One-time access may require another prompt; browser and PWA settings may differ. The site cannot set permanent permission itself. Mute/Unmute during a call controls your voice. After the last call ends, the microphone source is released; while another line is active, it remains available to that line. Readiness is not retained between separate calls.
  12. During a call open Expand → Sound. On Android without separate audio-output selection, the app also checks communication devices that the browser exposes as input/output pairs. Press the required device. Standard audio-device names use the selected SIPCO language. Headset model names and unrecognized names remain as supplied by the browser. Default means the system-selected output. The change applies to current lines without a new call, preserving mute, hold and conference. A brief audio interruption is possible. Permission denial or a missing device shows an error; a failed track replacement attempts to retain the previous track. If a line track cannot be restored, that line shows a control error and its audio is silenced. If the browser does not expose the required devices, the site cannot guarantee speakerphone, earpiece or Bluetooth switching: use available system controls or a headset. Physical output can only be checked on the phone after the other party answers.
  13. On iPhone/iPad during a call, open Expand → Sound and press the required available device. The app uses a workaround for Safari accepting a selection while leaving the output unchanged. A brief audio interruption is possible; no new call starts. Mute, hold and conference are preserved. If Safari cannot start or resume playback through the workaround, direct playback is restored and an error is shown. Playback resources are released after the last line ends; the device preference may be reused for the next call in the current session. If audio is interrupted, select the device again. A highlighted button means the browser accepted the request; check the physical output after the other party answers. The site cannot check the physical speaker or guarantee switching on every iOS device. If the problem persists, use available system controls or a headset and report the iOS version and selection result.
  14. After the last line ends, Call is available immediately, even while Call ended remains for 3 seconds. The entered number can be called again. Add call is available after answer with one healthy line and no audio/control change in progress; it is unavailable before answer or with two lines. Audio selection cannot lock controls indefinitely: an unfinished request shows an error after 8 seconds and releases the wait. The conversation is not automatically ended; check the actual sound and retry selection if needed. Hangup cancels waiting for the ended attempt and frees redial. Any native microphone permission window remains browser-controlled.
Microphone and call audio
  1. Opening the dialer, signing in, account navigation and data refresh do not enable or request the microphone. There is no Prepare microphone button or readiness icon. The microphone is acquired only after pressing Call with a number entered.
  3. If access is denied, check site and browser permissions in phone settings, then press Call again. The app does not retry permission automatically. Without microphone access, the outgoing call does not start.
  4. Mute/Unmute during a call controls your voice. After the last call ends, the microphone source is released; while another line is active, it remains available to that line. Readiness is not retained between separate calls.
  5. With an empty dial field, the first Call press only fills the latest number from available history, without requesting the microphone or placing a call. Check the number and press again. Audio-output selection in Sound during a conversation remains available.
  6. During a call open Expand → Sound. On Android without separate audio-output selection, the app also checks communication devices that the browser exposes as input/output pairs. Press the required device. Standard audio-device names use the selected SIPCO language. Headset model names and unrecognized names remain as supplied by the browser. Your personal SIPCO address book
  1. On a phone open Menu → Contacts, or choose Contacts in the desktop sidebar. The book belongs to your account, remains on the server until deleted and is available on other devices after signing in. Clearing the PWA cache does not delete saved contacts.
  2. Press the person-with-plus icon in Contacts or beside a regular number in Call history. A history number is prefilled. Enter a first and/or last name, up to 80 characters each.
  3. Enter one to five complete numbers with country codes, starting with + or 00, and label each Mobile, Work, Home or Other. Use Add number for additional numbers. Short service codes remain available for dialing and redial from history, but cannot be saved in the address book.
  4. Press Save and wait for the server response. Saving requires connectivity; an error is not a successful save. If the response is lost, retry in the same open window: the same operation does not create a second contact. A number cannot occur twice in your book. The limit is 1000 contacts.
  5. Search Contacts by first name, last name or number. The book icon in the dialer opens the same list. Choose a number with the required label, review it in the dialer and press Call. Selecting a contact alone does not start a charged call or hold/end an existing conversation.
  6. Use the pencil icon to edit; the add icon beside an already-saved history number also opens the existing contact. Confirm deletion or cancel to leave it unchanged. Deleting removes the contact and all its numbers, preserving call history. If another device changes it concurrently, refresh and reopen it: a stale version cannot overwrite the newer one.
  7. History names follow your current personal address book. Renaming or deleting a contact changes that label, not the original number or call record. This book does not read or sync system phone contacts; only details you explicitly save are sent to the server. Other customers cannot access your book.
  8. Number types use icons: phone for mobile, briefcase for work, house for home, dots for other. Select the icon to choose a type; names remain available in the option list, tooltip and screen reader. A single number has no remove control. With multiple numbers, the bin removes the chosen draft row; changes are committed only by Save.
Holding and resuming a call
  1. Wait until the other party answers, then expand the call panel.
  2. Select Hold. Select Resume to return to the call. Holding puts that line on hold; muting only turns off your microphone.
  3. An answered line continues to be charged while on hold. To finish the call, select End call rather than Hold.
  4. If the state change is not confirmed, the app shows an error. End the unavailable line and call again; a second call does not start when holding is unconfirmed.
  5. When using a minute package, check its simultaneous-call limit, shared across the web account and all SIP devices. If only one covered call is allowed, holding does not release that line: end it before another covered call, including a conference call. Uncovered destinations follow normal account limits.
Making a second call and switching lines
  1. Expand the call panel to mute your microphone, hold or resume a call and open the keypad. Holding does not stop call charges.
  2. For a second call, choose Add call, enter the next number and call. The first call must be held before the second is dialed. If hold is not confirmed, no second call starts. Use Cancel new dialing to return without dialing.
  3. Up to two outgoing lines are supported. Select Switch to call beside a line to hold the other one. A second connection also depends on the account limits in SIPCO.
  4. In a conference, select which party receives keypad tones. End one line using its button, or choose End all. If a control change fails, end the unavailable line and call again.
  6. When using a minute package, check its simultaneous-call limit, shared across the web account and all SIP devices. If only one covered call is allowed, holding does not release that line: end it before another covered call, including a conference call. Uncovered destinations follow normal account limits.
A three-way conference
  1. Merging is available when both lines are established and the browser supports audio mixing. If the control is unavailable, keep the calls separate and switch between them.
  4. After both parties answer, select Merge three-way call. Your browser connects you and the other two parties while the app stays open. Each outgoing line is charged separately; muting your microphone still lets the other parties hear each other. Separate calls restores individual lines and holds the other line.
  5. In a conference, select which party receives keypad tones. End one line using its button, or choose End all. If a control change fails, end the unavailable line and call again.
  6. When using a minute package, check its simultaneous-call limit, shared across the web account and all SIP devices. If only one covered call is allowed, holding does not release that line: end it before another covered call, including a conference call. Uncovered destinations follow normal account limits.
Call history
  1. Open History and select a period.
  2. Select a call to see its number, time, duration and cost.
  3. Select Refresh if needed; change the time zone in history settings.
Balance, top-ups and financial history
  1. Open Finance → Add funds. Methods appear in this order: SBP (selected by default when available), Russian cards, international payment methods. SBP and Russian cards use RUB; international payment methods support USD, EUR, TRY, CNY, KZT, PLN and RON. Unavailable methods cannot be selected.
  2. Enter either the payment amount in the selected currency or the USD credit you want: the other field updates automatically. Only the payment currency changes; the balance stays in USD. Entering USD preserves that exact credit and rounds the payment up to the nearest currency cent. Entering a payment rounds the USD credit to a cent. Allowed ranges appear below the fields. Russian cards: 50–150,000 RUB; SBP: 10–150,000 RUB. The USD 1–10,000 credit limit and the selected currency limit also apply, so the effective range can be narrower. International cards require at least USD 1 credit. You cannot continue outside the range; the server checks amounts and rates again.
  3. Select Continue, review both amounts and the exchange rate locked for 15 minutes, then Continue to payment. This is a one-time payment without a subscription or automatic charges. Created orders retain their amounts. After paying, wait for Balance topped up and the history entry: returning to the app or payment confirmation does not mean crediting has finished. If the outcome is unknown, check the status and contact support with the order number without paying again.
  4. Return after paying. Payment confirmed means the credit is still processing. Balance topped up appears after SIPCO records it. Refresh financial history with its button.
  5. If checkout hangs or the outcome is unknown, do not pay again. Select Check payment and review balance/history; give support the order number if needed.
Payment methods, currencies and saved cards
  4. For new international payments, email, name and phone come from your profile on the server. Email and page language are filled automatically: Russian, English and Turkish follow the account interface, while Turkmen uses the browser/phone language. When profile linking is available, name, email and phone are passed and the phone field is filled; otherwise email and language are used. Cardholder name, card country, card details and bank verification may still be required. A phone number region is not a card country. Reopening an old link keeps its original data.
  5. For international cards, you can voluntarily select Save card on the secure payment page. The payment service saves it after a successful payment when customer profile linking is available; this option does not save it without consent. For a later top-up, sign in to the same account, enter an amount, open a new payment and choose the saved card on the payment page. You can remove it there too. Your bank may request CVC or verification. SIPCO receives neither card numbers nor CVC; this does not enable subscriptions or automatic charges. Saving Russian cards or SBP for later one-time SIPCO payments is not available yet. Old payment links keep their previous features.
  6. In the customer app, the third option is International payment methods: Visa/Mastercard/American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Icons identify options on one secure page, not separate wallet buttons. Wallet availability depends on the device, browser, wallet setup and payment service; select it on the payment page. SBP remains first and selected by default; Russian cards are second. New international orders use the currency selected in the app and the quoted amount without offering automatic conversion to a local currency. Existing links may retain a currency choice; close the old attempt and create a new one to use the new behavior. The card issuer may apply its own currency conversion and fees. Cancelling or returning to the app does not confirm payment; credit follows payment confirmation.
  7. After choosing International payment methods and a currency, choose a Payment option or keep All available methods. CNY offers cards/eligible wallets, Alipay and WeChat Pay; USD offers cards/wallets and Alipay; EUR offers cards/wallets, Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria) and iDEAL/Wero (Netherlands); TRY and KZT offer cards/eligible wallets. Link, Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when payment-page requirements are met. Standalone Klarna and SEPA Direct Debit are disabled and not offered in the SIPCO list. Logos and ranges appear below the currency. A specific option restricts checkout to that method; the cards option includes eligible card wallets. Changing currency resets an incompatible option to all methods. EPS requires at least EUR 1: lower amounts are blocked in the form and on the server. In all-methods mode EPS is omitted below its minimum while eligible cards remain available. Method, currency and USD 1–10,000 credit limits intersect; both field ranges update. Banks or wallets may impose additional individual limits. Card saving/removal is available only in a card-inclusive option where supported by the payment page; Chinese wallets and European bank methods are not saved in SIPCO. Returning from a bank does not confirm payment: balance changes only after verified confirmation.
Checking and closing an unfinished payment
  1. Return after paying. Payment confirmed means the credit is still processing. Balance topped up appears after SIPCO records it. Refresh financial history with its button.
  2. If checkout hangs or the outcome is unknown, do not pay again. Select Check payment and review balance/history; give support the order number if needed.
  3. Continue to payment displays Opening checkout…. Wait for the selected provider page. If an order number appears without checkout, check its status and contact support first; this does not mean a successful payment.
  4. The payment service may open a partner payment page. Opening it is not a payment: your balance changes after payment confirmation and completed crediting.
  5. International checkout may open on our branded pay.sipco.online domain. Check its amount and currency; opening the page does not confirm payment.
  6. Up to 10 new payment orders may be created in a rolling hour. Repeated clicks for the same order do not consume this limit. If checkout did not open, use Open payment page for a saved unfinished order in Add funds or Funding history: review that order’s amount, currency and USD credit. This reopens the same link without a new order. The link is offered for up to 24 hours after creation while the payment method is enabled; the payment page determines its final expiry. Confirmed and credited orders do not offer payment again. Opening the link or returning to the account does not mean payment succeeded.
  7. In the calculation dialog, Proceed to payment and the Close button below it are separate actions. Close returns to the funding form; closing the dialog neither confirms nor cancels a payment already started.
  8. If you no longer want to pay an unfinished attempt, select Close beside it in Add funds or history. Its link and attempt disappear from your customer account across devices; older unfinished links are not automatically resurfaced. Successful credits and financial records are not deleted. Closing does not cancel a bank payment already in progress or refund money: a later confirmed payment is processed and appears in history after crediting. Confirmed payments cannot be closed. If the request is interrupted, refresh the status; closing again is safe. A connection error does not mean the attempt was closed without a server response.
Downloading a PDF receipt
  1. Open Finance → Top-up history and select PDF receipt for a confirmed online top-up. The PDF uses the interface language at download time; change the language and download again if needed. Transfers, bonuses and credits still pending have no such receipt. On iPhone, save the PDF viewer using Share.
  2. In Finance → Top-up history, confirmed online top-ups have a Receipt PDF button. Press it to generate and download a receipt in the current interface language. To use another language, switch the interface and download again; the amount, payment method and original credit facts stay unchanged. On iPhone the PDF may open in a viewer; use Share to save it. Transfers, bonuses, failed and not-yet-credited payments have no such receipt. The original top-up receipt remains available after a refund; the refund itself appears separately in history. Retry later on error; PDF prepared does not mean the file was saved on your device. Only your own receipts are available; the staff report is not available to customers. Downloading again sends no email and stores no separate PDF copy.
  3. After payment confirmation and actual balance credit, one email is queued to the valid saved address in the last saved portal language. It includes payment amount/currency, USD credit, this transaction’s previous/new balances, method, top-up reference and UTC time, with a PDF receipt attached. Later calls or transactions can change the current balance. Pending or unsuccessful attempts do not trigger this email; old top-ups are not retrospectively mailed. Missing, invalid or imported service addresses are not used. Queued is not guaranteed inbox delivery; check profile and spam folder and contact support if needed. The receipt never contains a full card number or CVC, only the last four digits when confirmed by the service. Support or SIPCO administration can download the receipt again for a successful credit; a separate staff report is not sent to the customer.
Payment refunds and their status
  1. If a SIPCO administrator approves a credited top-up refund, its locked USD value is debited/reserved from your balance, subject to sufficient funds. The payment service returns funds only through the original method and currency; arrival depends on the bank. A confirmed rejection restores the reserve. An unknown outcome is not a rejection: do not create another payment/refund to fix the status; contact support. Customers cannot initiate a refund with Close, which only hides an unfinished payment link. History may show separate refund debits and restored funds; posted entries are retained.
  2. The original external top-up keeps its posted amount and shows Refund processing, Refund confirmed or Partial refund according to the actual result. A separate negative Payment refund entry references the original top-up number, date and USD amount. Refund reservation means a balance movement, not arrival at the bank. A positive Funds restored after refund entry releases a reserve and is not a new top-up. Read the linked top-up’s current status and the separate confirmed/reserved amounts; refresh history when needed. Arrival at the card depends on the bank. No source number is invented for old or manual entries without a verified link.
  3. After a new confirmed full refund and balance synchronization, one email is automatically queued to the customer’s valid saved email, in the last saved portal language. It includes the top-up reference/date, refund amount/currency, USD balance debit, refund reference and original-method timing. International cards allow about 5–10 business days, EPS usually 1–3 days, Bancontact 2–5 days from initiation; the bank controls actual timing. Alipay and iDEAL processing before confirmation is explained separately; no arrival period is invented for methods without a verified one. Pending, rejected, partial results under review and previously completed refunds do not trigger a full-success email. Queued does not mean delivered. Missing, invalid or imported service addresses cannot receive this email; check profile and history and contact support if needed.
Transferring to another customer
  1. In Finances → Transfer funds, send your own balance to an active SIPCO customer by phone or unique email. Select a method and enter the complete international number (country code or 00… SIP login is also supported) or email. After a short pause the complete identifier is checked automatically and masked first and last names and the entered contact appear. There is no separate Check recipient step. An incomplete, invalid, ambiguous or unavailable recipient, a self-transfer or an offline connection disables sending.
  2. Enter 0.01 to 1,000,000 USD with up to two decimal places. Transfer becomes available only for a found recipient and valid amount. This button does not move money: the server rechecks the recipient and current balance and opens confirmation. It shows the entered contact, masked names, current balance, debit, remaining balance and recipient credit. Review these values and choose Confirm transfer or Cancel. Cancellation does not debit funds.
  3. The confirmation calculation lasts 2 minutes. If the recipient or balance changes before execution, the old calculation is rejected; review a new one and confirm again. Debit and credit complete together. Both histories record the transfer, which earns no referral bonus. After success, emails are queued to the parties’ saved usable addresses; queuing does not guarantee delivery.
  4. Wait for completion. If the connection fails or the outcome is unknown, a new transfer is blocked: choose Check status. A repeated check uses the same confirmed request, not a new transfer. Do not create a new transfer while the outcome is unknown; contact support if necessary. Recipient checks, confirmation and transfers require a connection.
  5. Confirmation, history and the sender email show only the recipient contact entered for that transfer in full: an email transfer shows that email and a masked phone; a phone transfer shows that number and a masked email. Names remain masked. Incoming history and recipient emails mask both sender contacts. Older transfers without a reliably recorded method mask both contacts; the method is not guessed. New transfers retain the originally entered contact, so a later email change does not reveal the new address in full.
  6. On narrow screens the main Confirm transfer button is above Cancel in the confirmation. Check the recipient and amounts first; Cancel closes the dialog without transferring funds.
Inviting someone and sharing your link
  1. Open Referrals to find your code and referral link.
  2. Copy code copies the code; Copy link copies the invitation address. A short notification confirms the action.
  3. Download link prepares a text file. Share opens the device sharing menu or copies the link. If copying is denied, select the text and copy it manually.
  4. Send or post the link. It opens registration with the invitation already supplied; a code can be entered manually during normal registration.
  5. Open the complete invitation link with its ref parameter. Self-registration hides the Invitation code field and sends the code automatically. In the same browser and profile, the first code is remembered for 30 days from the first visit. Reopening does not extend the period, and other invitation links do not replace it during that time.
  6. A Telegram/WhatsApp in-app browser and a separate Chrome/Safari may use different storage. When moving between them, use Open in browser with the full original ref link or copy the complete link. An anonymous click does not guarantee recognition in another browser or device.
Checking referral bonuses
  1. Share your invitation link. The standard bonus is 3% of confirmed external top-ups by invited customers; internal transfers do not count. View credits in referral bonuses. A payment refund may reverse the corresponding bonus. Contact support about disputed credits.
  2. Open app.sipco.online, choose phone or email sign-in and enter your password. An existing account does not need a new registration. Use Forgot password? to recover access. On your own device, you can select Remember me for 30 days.
  3. Open support chat in your account or on the SIPCO website and describe your question. You can attach an image or a PDF up to 2 MB. Enter an email for a guest request: the private link in the email lets you return to your conversation. Do not send passwords or card details.
Changing your name and email
  1. Open Profile. Enter your real first and last names and save. Your phone stays unchanged.
  2. For a new email, enter an available address you can access and your current password. Wait for the availability check and request a code.
  3. Enter the email code and confirm. Your old email remains until verification succeeds. If the address is occupied, choose another.
Changing your password and protecting the account
  1. Open Menu → Security. If required for a password change, verify your email in Profile first.
  2. Enter your current password, a new password of at least 8 characters and its confirmation. Symbols are optional; follow the field hint.
  3. Wait for synchronization to finish. Do not share your password or verification codes. Sign out on shared devices.
Setting up, using and removing passkeys
  1. On a supported device you can use a passkey. First sign in normally, open Menu → Security → Create a passkey, enter a name and confirm your current password. Confirm creation in your device or password manager system dialog. SIPCO stores only the public key; Face ID, fingerprints and device unlock codes are never sent to the site.
  2. Next time select Sign in with a passkey and confirm using your device. The key selects your account; no phone number or password is needed. Availability depends on the browser, device lock and key manager settings. Android may use a fingerprint or device code. If cancelled, unavailable or unsuccessful, use your password or account recovery.
  3. Security lists each key’s name, creation time and last successful sign-in. Up to 10 active keys are allowed. To revoke one, select Remove, check the name and enter your current password. SIPCO revokes it after a successful response; separately remove the saved entry from your device password manager. Existing signed-in sessions are not closed by removing a key.
  4. After a password change, password recovery or access reset, old keys become invalid. Sign in with your password and connect a passkey again. Blocked accounts and accounts with a pending password change cannot sign in by key. Only use your own device. Passkeys work only in the client app.sipco.online.
  5. If connection or removal cannot be confirmed because of a network error, close the dialog and check the refreshed key list. Reading the list does not create a key. Cancelling or timing out the system dialog does not mean a key was connected. Applying an app update is deferred while a key is being verified.
  6. Phone or email and password sign-in comes first. A separate Sign in with a passkey section with an outlined Continue with a passkey button stays visible below it in supported browsers. There is no expand step. The button does not prove that a key is saved: first connect a passkey in Security.
  7. After sign-in, a supported browser offers to connect a passkey if the account has no active keys. It appears once for the current sign-in, when there is no call, open confirmation or unfinished input. Later dismisses it until the next sign-in; refreshing this tab does not repeat it. Create a passkey opens Security and its setup form: enter a name and your current password, then confirm in the device system dialog. The offer itself creates no key. If the key list cannot be checked, the offer waits; password sign-in remains available. An existing active account key suppresses the offer even if it is stored on another device.
  8. If passkey creation fails, share the displayed code such as PK-CREATE-UnknownError with support, along with your phone model and browser version. PK-OPTIONS means obtaining options, PK-CREATE means system credential creation, PK-ENCODE means preparing the response and PK-FINISH means submitting and verifying it. The code identifies a stage, not a proven cause. Windows Hello uses this Windows user’s PIN; Android uses its own screen lock. Never share passwords or PINs. Failure with both fingerprint and PIN on Android does not prove a phone fault. Password sign-in remains available; do not delete keys or password manager data for diagnosis.
Language, appearance and installation
  1. Open Menu → Settings.
  2. Choose the app language and theme.
  3. To install the app, use the available install button or browser menu.
How are balance and history refreshed?
  1. Balance, call history and top-up history update automatically..
  2. Select Refresh in the relevant section to check manually..
  3. If the connection drops, wait for it to return and check the result before repeating a financial operation..
How do I contact support?
  1. Open support chat in your account or on the SIPCO website and describe your question..
  2. You can attach an image or a PDF up to 2 MB..
  3. Enter an email for a guest request: the private link in the email lets you return to your conversation.. Do not send passwords or card details..
Tariffs and live dial estimates
  1. Open Menu → Tariffs.
  2. Find a country or destination and check the call price.
  3. Before calling, check the hint beside the number: an eligible active package shows remaining minutes there.
Notifications and reminders
  1. Open the bell beside language or Menu → Notifications. Messages refresh in the background; Refresh is available. On a phone, the bell and language selector sit side by side at the top of your account. The red badge shows the exact unread count up to 99, then “99+”; it is hidden at zero. Tap the bell to open Notifications. The balance button with a plus stays on the right below the heading and opens top-up.
  2. Read a message. Open leads only to an available account page, such as Profile for email or Security for a Passkey. Creating a Passkey still requires confirmation and the current password.
  3. Closing a popup leaves it unread in the list. Mark as read affects one message; Mark all as read covers messages received when the list was loaded. Newer messages stay unread.
  4. Sound is on by default; you can turn it off here. While SIPCO is open, sound works after your interaction and stays silent during calls. Background sound follows device settings.
  5. Expired announcements can remain in history with an expiry label and no active link; archived ones disappear. Retry loading after a network error.
  6. The footer shows the version and update-check result. Offline, current-version status is unverified. Use the normal update offer after finishing important actions. The version line below the document links shows status. When an update is ready, Refresh appears at the top of your account. Adding the PWA to the Home Screen is separate and is not required for each update.
Push on your device
  1. Open Notifications. On iPhone first add the site to the Home Screen and launch its icon. Unsupported browsers show an explanation.
  2. Select Enable push notifications and grant system permission. Login alone does not grant permission. If denied, change site permissions or device settings.
  3. Future announcements with push may arrive while SIPCO is closed. A new subscription does not resend old push messages; eligible old messages remain in the list. Push shows the announcement title and up to 240 characters of its text in the subscription language, falling back to the announcement’s default language. The full text is in Notifications. It can also appear on the lock screen. Push uses the interface language saved for this device. Changing language synchronizes its subscription without requesting permission again or changing sound. Different devices can use different languages. The administrator must provide an announcement translation for that language; otherwise the announcement’s default language is used. Already sent push is not translated again. Synchronization requires a network connection and retries after failure. When the app is closed, push uses the device’s last successfully saved language.
  4. Tapping push opens Notifications; sign in if needed. This does not automatically mark messages as read. Network, Do Not Disturb and OS restrictions can delay or hide notifications.
  5. Turn off on this device stops future sends here and does not affect other devices. Logout also disables this device binding; an existing permission may be reused on the next login. Already sent push cannot be recalled.
PLN and RON top-ups and BLIK payments
  1. Open Finances → Top up, select international payment methods and PLN (Polish zloty) or RON (Romanian leu). Enter the payment amount or desired USD credit; check both amounts and the allowed range. Your balance stays in USD.
  2. Both currencies support cards and eligible Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. The payment service displays wallets depending on device, setup and availability. PLN also supports BLIK: select it under Payment option or keep All available. BLIK is not offered for RON.
  3. Check the quote and continue to payment. For BLIK, generate a six-digit code in your banking app and approve the payment there. Codes expire quickly; request a new one if needed. This is a one-time payment; BLIK is not saved for automatic charges.
  4. Wait for verified payment confirmation and completed balance credit. Returning from the bank does not confirm payment. If the outcome is unknown, check the existing order and contact support with its number instead of paying again. Banks can require extra authentication or apply their own limits and fees.
  5. You pay in the selected currency. The SIPCO rate and USD credit are locked in the quote for 15 minutes; created orders retain their amounts. Initial PLN/RON rates use the latest ECB publication dated 16 October 2026 and are then administrator-managed; there is no automatic ECB sync. Przelewy24 is not offered for SIPCO services.
App updates and slow startup
  1. While the app is open, visible and online, it checks for a new version about once a minute and when you return to its window. Downloads happen ahead of activation; a downloaded version does not mean the open window has updated. Continuous background work while the app is closed is not guaranteed.
  2. When an update is ready and you are idle, a dialog offers a 10-second countdown, Update now and Later. Updates wait for calls, passkey confirmation, payments, open dialogs and unfinished input. Finish or cancel unwanted edits and navigate away. Other open windows must also be idle; an older window may need closing.
  3. Later defers automatic activation of this version in this window. The top banner remains: select Update now after finishing your work. Failed downloads are checked again when connected. This mechanism sends no separate push and does not update Chrome itself.
  4. The first launch after a Chrome update can take longer. Wait, then check your connection and use Try again if needed. This does not prove reinstallation is necessary. The new updater starts after the updated app first loads; a long-open older window first needs refreshing or reopening. The site cannot control the native Chrome splash before its own code loads.
Install the app
  1. Choose app installation. If the browser does not show its native confirmation, a guide opens: choose your device and browser. The first option is suggested automatically and can be changed.
  2. Windows · Firefox: In Firefox for Windows, click the web app icon on the right of the address bar, next to the bookmark star. Confirm installation and pinning to the Windows taskbar. If not prompted, right-click the running app icon on the taskbar and pin it. Firefox 143 or later is required; Microsoft Store installations require version 150 or later. Installation is unavailable in private windows. Firefox keeps a read-only address bar at the top; this is normal and the site cannot hide it.
  3. Windows · Yandex Browser: In the Yandex Browser address bar, choose Install as app. Alternatively, use Add site as app in the sidebar. Choose a separate window. Right-click the app in the sidebar and choose Pin to Windows taskbar.
  4. Windows / macOS · Chrome / Edge: In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar or the app installation command in the browser menu. Confirm installation. On Windows, right-click the running app icon on the taskbar to pin it.
  5. iPhone / iPad · Safari: Open this same address in Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Tap Add. If Open as Web App is shown, keep it enabled.
  6. Android: Open the browser menu ⋮ or ☰. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen, if available. Confirm adding it. If only a shortcut is created, it will open a browser tab.
  7. macOS · Safari: On a Mac with macOS Sonoma 14 or later, open the site in Safari. Choose File → Add to Dock, or Share → Add to Dock. Confirm and open the app from the Dock.
  8. Linux: On Linux, open the site in Chrome or another browser supporting web app installation. Use the install icon in the address bar or the installation command in the browser menu. Confirm. Separate windows and pinning depend on your browser and Linux desktop.
  9. Other: Look in your browser menu for an app installation or Add to Home Screen command. If none is available, use a normal browser tab. For a separate app, choose a supported device and browser combination from the list.
  10. If the install button is missing, update your browser. If installation remains unavailable, use a normal browser tab or open the site in a supported browser.
  11. Choose another option if these instructions do not match. Menu names depend on your browser version. Installation does not change your account or permissions; sign in again if asked.
  12. Below the version, © 2026 SIPCO ONLINE LLP. All rights reserved. identifies the company and rights. It is not payment confirmation, copyright registration or technical copy protection. Terms remain available through the offer and privacy links.
Autofill the full phone number at sign-in
  1. For phone sign-in, enter the full number with + and country code. You may select a country and enter a national number: it is converted to full format on leaving the field or before submission. The flag and country follow the full number; IP location does not replace an entered number.
  2. When the browser offers to save or update your password, check that the username contains the full number with +. The field is marked as a username for password managers; the site does not store the password in local storage. Autofill depends on the browser, settings and selected saved entry.
  3. Old entries without + can be ambiguous: edit the saved username once to include + and country code. Unambiguous full numbers without + are recognized. If an old entry has no username or contains only a password, the site cannot recover the missing number. You can use available email or passkey sign-in.
Microphone permission: browser and system
  1. On the dialer select How to allow the microphone. A denied-access error also opens these instructions unless another dialog is open. Browser and system are suggested from available hints; change the selection if needed. This is guidance, not certain identification of the installed app.
  2. Calls need system permission for the browser and permission for app.sipco.online within it. On Android look for Chrome, Firefox or the browser used to install Sipco: Settings → Apps → browser → Permissions → Microphone. If Sipco is listed separately, check it too. Android’s overall microphone access must be on.
  3. In Chrome Android: ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → Microphone; allow requests and site access. In Firefox check permissions by the site address. On iPhone/iPad check Safari website and microphone settings; a separate PWA may have different permission. On Windows/macOS also check system microphone access for the browser. If needed, leave a messenger’s in-app browser using Open in browser.
  4. Close the instructions, return to Sipco and try the call again. Opening the guide does not request the microphone or start a call. The site cannot remove a saved block or guarantee permanent permission; repeat prompts depend on the browser. If access fails, check both permission levels. RAM is not read to choose these instructions.
Connect a third-party SIP client
  1. Install a suitable SIP client and manually add an existing SIP account. A separate account with the client developer is not required to connect SIPCO. Field names depend on the application and version.
  2. Server / domain / registrar: sip.sipco.online. Port: 5060. Transport: UDP. With one server field, enter sip.sipco.online:5060; with a separate port field, enter the domain alone. These are conventional SIP settings, not the app.sipco.online website address or browser-call WSS.
  3. Username: your SIP login starting with 00… . Auth ID / authentication username, when needed, is the same SIP login. Enter the issued SIP account password, not your phone PIN, Windows Hello or passkey. The phone used for portal sign-in and the SIP login are different fields. If you do not know your SIP credentials, contact support without exposing your password in messages or screenshots.
  4. Do not enter arbitrary addresses for optional outbound proxy, STUN or advanced settings. Leave defaults for initial setup unless support provides other values. Save and wait for Registered status. Saving the form alone does not mean the server accepted registration.
  5. Allow microphone access and dial with the country code. SIPCO and your usual SIP client share one account and balance; calls use your destination tariff. SIP registration does not provide free calls or a dedicated incoming number.
  6. If registration fails, check the domain, UDP/5060, full SIP login including leading zeros and password. Check connectivity and network/VPN UDP restrictions. If registered without audio, check the microphone and audio device. Tell support the app/version, operating system, time and error text while hiding the password.
  7. Silent illustrations explain steps without performing actions. The 00DEMO login and schematic fields are fictional; use your own SIP credentials. Actual buttons and windows may differ by version.
  8. In Information → Guides or the website guides, open the third-party SIP guide and select Show illustration. The general SIP guide lets you choose an application; Zoiper offers Android, iPhone or Windows. The GIF zooms published guide screenshots and adds highlights and a pointer. Captions above the fields give SIPCO values: do not copy sample developer addresses, logins or ports. A source link appears below the image. PortSIP Android Advanced is reconstructed and labelled; other screens come from MicroSIP/Zoiper guides and PortSIP materials. This is not a recording of a real registration or a guarantee for every app version. Replay restarts the walkthrough; Close stops it. Internet is required. Other guides still use text-based GIF illustrations.
PortSIP · Android
  1. Use PortSIP Softphone with manual SIP account entry. PortSIP ONE and PortSIP PBX QR-only editions are outside this guide; their compatibility with SIPCO has not been confirmed.
  2. Enter your 00… SIP login and SIP password. SIP Server / Domain: sip.sipco.online without a port. In Advanced select UDP; Outbound Proxy Server: sip.sipco.online; Outbound Proxy Server Port: 5060. If proxy and port share a field: sip.sipco.online:5060. Leave a separate Domain Port, when present, at 0.
  3. Save and wait for registration. Allow microphone access. Field names and manual entry depend on the version. The illustration does not confirm real registration: on failure check credentials and network/VPN UDP access, and send support the error text without your password.
  4. Silent illustrations explain steps without performing actions. The 00DEMO login and schematic fields are fictional; use your own SIP credentials. Actual buttons and windows may differ by version.
PortSIP · iPhone / iOS
Zoiper · Android / iPhone / Windows
  1. In Zoiper add an existing SIP account using Manual configuration / SIP. Enter your 00… SIP login, SIP password and Domain / Host: sip.sipco.online. Use server port 5060 when separate, or sip.sipco.online:5060 for a combined Host field.
  2. Select UDP transport. Authentication username, when needed, is the same SIP login. Do not select TLS/TCP solely because the wizard offers them: the verified setup here uses UDP/5060. Leave other optional fields at defaults.
MicroSIP · Windows
  1. In MicroSIP for Windows open the menu → Add Account. SIP server: sip.sipco.online:5060. Domain: sip.sipco.online. Username: your 00… SIP login. Login may remain blank to use Username, or contain the same SIP login.
  2. Password: your issued SIP password. Transport: UDP. Leave SIP proxy blank unless support specifies otherwise. Local port belongs to your computer, not the server; keep automatic selection instead of forcing the server port 5060. Save and check registration.
Guest chat: email and continuation link
  1. On sipco.online open Support. Without an active Sipco sign-in, a reply email is required; name and phone are optional. No subject is needed. Signed-in customers use their account history. Opening support shows the current conversation, or the first-message form if none exists. Customer chat has no subject field or conversation list. Staff retain the list with customer names. Existing records are not deleted; an email link opens its specific guest conversation.
  2. Write a message and optionally attach one PNG/JPEG/WebP or PDF up to 2 MB. Wait for saving; retry errors in the open chat where the draft remains. Contact details do not verify identity or grant account access.
  3. When a guest leaves or hides chat, an unread public reply is queued for email with at least a 90-second delay. Email is deferred while the chat remains visible and active; reading before sending suppresses it. Background scheduling can add delay. Internal notes are never emailed.
  4. Email contains recent messages (up to 50, long text shortened), attachment names and a private link. Full history and attachments remain in the web chat. SMTP acceptance does not guarantee delivery; also check Spam.
  5. Open the email link: it lasts up to 30 days and opens only this guest conversation, without signing in or exposing other conversations. Do not forward the email/link. Continue chatting and reload in the same browser after opening it.
  6. For an invalid or expired link, use a newer email or start a new chat. Clearing cookies may require reopening the email link. Guest and customer accounts are not merged. Reply using the linked web chat.
Contacting support by email
  1. Email info@sipco.online with a subject and a description of your question. Do not send passwords or card details.
  2. You can attach up to five PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF files, up to 2 MB each. The total email size must not exceed 10 MB. Unsupported, damaged or oversized attachments may be skipped; an email larger than 10 MB will not be processed.
  3. Replies go to the sender’s address. Use Reply in your email app to continue the conversation. If you write from a different address, include the previous support reference.
  4. Email alone does not prove account ownership: staff may ask for safe verification. Email conversations and in-app chat are not automatically combined.

Minute packages

How do I choose and buy a minute package?
  1. Sign in to your account and open My packages.
  2. Find your desired country among the available destinations and choose a minute package. If a destination is absent from the catalogue, a package for it is not currently available.
  3. Check the destination, minutes, full price, validity and terms. The catalogue shows the current options; coverage is limited to the numbers stated in the selected package terms.
  4. Accept the terms and confirm the purchase. The full price is charged once from your balance. A package does not bypass account restrictions; contact support if purchase is unavailable.
  5. Wait for a confirmed result. Request acceptance does not mean activation: a package may wait in the queue. Do not buy again if the result is unknown. Check status and remaining minutes in My packages, and the charge in Finance.
How does a package work on the web and in SIP apps?
  1. Open My packages in your account.
  2. One SIP account shares minutes between the web account and compatible SIP applications. Only destinations and numbers stated in the selected package terms are covered; other calls use the normal tariff. Current packages count each started talk-time minute in full, 60/60; covered calls do not debit money and are marked as package calls in history. Only one covered call can run at a time; wait for its settlement before another. Active covered minutes work with zero cash balance; uncovered calls require funds. The service duration limit for a single call still applies; remaining minutes stay available for later calls.
  3. Wait for a confirmed result; do not make another purchase while processing.
When does a package end and what happens to calls?

A package lasts the validity displayed at purchase from activation or until its minutes run out, whichever happens first. Unused minutes expire without rollover. The current call may end at the minute or validity limit. The next prepaid queued package activates first; renewal is considered when the queue is empty. Without a new package, the next call uses the normal rate if sufficient cash is available.

Can I buy my next package in advance?

Yes. The full price is charged when purchased. If a package is active, the next one waits in a queue; its own displayed validity start only on activation. Prepaid packages activate in purchase order before a new renewal purchase. If account settings need review, a paid package remains pending; contact support or cancel before activation.

How do I enable or disable package renewal?

Check auto-renewal when buying. Once minutes or validity end and the prepaid queue is empty, a new package is bought only if the balance covers the full price. A positive but insufficient balance is not enough. A waiting renewal may run automatically after a top-up. Disable renewal in My packages; this does not cancel the current package or prepaid queue. A newly selected package becomes the future renewal choice. Leaving the box unchecked on another purchase does not disable existing renewal. A price increase or quota/validity change requires fresh consent.

How do I cancel before activation?

This cancellation applies to a package paid from your balance, including staff-assisted purchases from your wallet. A gift cannot be cancelled for a cash or wallet refund this way. In My packages, use Cancel and refund to balance on a waiting paid package. Before activation, its full price returns to the buyer balance exactly once. Purchase and refund both remain in financial history. This cancellation is unavailable once activated. Cancelling a queued package does not disable renewal; turn it off separately if needed.

Which package notifications will I receive?

Account notifications show purchase, activation, used-up minutes or expiry, refunds and renewal results. Ending warnings occur at most twice: 20% of minutes or 3 days, then 5% or 1 day. They use opted-in Push and verified email. Queueing does not confirm delivery; check My packages for current status.

When will I be reminded that my package is ending?

An active package has at most two warnings: first at 20% of minutes remaining or 3 days left, then at 5% or 1 day. For 100 minutes, these are 20 and 5 minutes remaining. Minutes and time share the same two warnings. If already critical at the first check, only the current final warning is created. They appear in your account, opted-in Push and verified email. Remaining minutes are confirmed after a call ends: one long call may use the package before a warning. Delivery may be delayed; check My packages for current information.

Personal-use terms for minute packages
  1. A package is for one customer’s personal use and covers only its stated destinations and numbers. Its simultaneous covered-call limit is shared across the web account and all SIP devices: current packages permit one such call. Other destinations do not consume this package and follow normal rules.
  2. Select a package and open Package terms in the confirmation dialog. Consent starts unchecked; a new purchase is not accepted without it.
  3. Check consent after reading. Choose renewal separately. Confirm and wait for the result; do not buy again while it is pending.
  4. Contact support if access is restricted for review. Misuse decisions require review; notices, minute records and financial records are retained.

Gift a package

Gift a package

In My packages select Gift package, enter a registered recipient’s international phone or email and check the result. The entered contact is shown; other details are masked. The full price is charged to your balance after terms and current-password confirmation. The recipient receives minutes without a cash top-up. Gifts do not enable renewal. If a package is active, the gift joins the paid queue; its displayed validity start on activation. Voluntary gift cancellation and a refund to either party are unavailable; mandatory legal rights and support review of errors remain. An existing SIP account can receive a package before its first web sign-in. Notices are available after sign-in. Email must be verified before the event; later verification does not backfill old messages.

  1. Check recipient, price and whose balance pays.
  2. Read the terms for buying for another customer, tick separate consent and enter your current password.
  3. Wait for the result. While processing or unknown, do not buy again; check the same operation.
  4. Check Package purchase for a friend in Finance and your sent receipt. The recipient sees their package and usage; you cannot see their calls or remaining minutes.

Can support help me buy a package?

  1. Agree on the package and its full price with support..
  2. After purchase, check the debit in Finance and the package in My packages..
  3. The purchase cannot proceed without enough money.. If the email is delayed, check your history before buying again..

Package from a shop

You receive a separate minute package for your account. The shop pays from its balance; your wallet is neither charged nor credited. You cannot cash out the received package or refund its price to your balance. The normal queue, displayed validity from activation, shared web/SIP line and personal-use rules apply. An existing SIP account can receive a package before its first web sign-in. Notices are available after sign-in. Email must be verified before the event; later verification does not backfill old messages.

  1. Check the receipt notice and My packages.
  2. A queued package gets a separate activation notice. Only you see its remaining minutes and usage, not the shop.
  3. Inbox notices, opted-in Push and verified-email messages cover purchase/receipt and activation. The recipient also receives minute or validity end notices. Queuing does not prove delivery.

Website package purchase

  1. You can pay for a package for yourself or another existing SIPCO customer using their international phone number or email. Check the matched recipient before payment.
  2. The price, minutes, destination and validity are shown before payment. Validity starts at activation; if a package is active, the next waits in the queue. Minutes cover only destinations and numbers stated in the selected package terms, through the web account and compatible SIP applications. Each started minute rounds up. Uncovered destinations are charged separately.
  3. Payment goes through the payment provider. The recipient receives minutes, without a cash balance credit or a package debit from their balance. This purchase does not enable auto-renewal. Returning from checkout does not confirm payment. Confirmed payment and activation are separate stages; do not pay again during a delay.
  4. A package bought through the website cannot be voluntarily cancelled or exchanged for wallet money by either payer or recipient, including before activation. Mandatory legal rights remain. Support reviews payment errors and legally required refunds; a request is not an automatic card or wallet refund.
  5. The recipient sees the package in their account and receives personal notices, Push with an eligible subscription and email to their saved verified address. The payer receives a payment confirmation email only on their separate request to the address they provide. Queue acceptance does not guarantee delivery. The payer cannot access the recipient’s balance, calls or minute usage.
  6. After the minutes or validity end, the package no longer covers calls. A subsequent call can use the normal tariff with sufficient cash balance. Current packages permit one simultaneous covered outgoing line per customer; personal-use and no-resale terms still apply.
  7. The website’s main action is a balance top-up. After the recipient is found, a collapsed Buy a package option appears below Continue and Need help?. Open it and check the box: Continue disappears and the recipient’s catalogue appears below. Price and terms are confirmed separately before payment. Uncheck the box to return to top-up; collapsing the option alone does not turn off the selected mode. The checkbox alone creates no payment. Check an unfinished payment before starting another.

When the website chat does not open

The SIPCO website support button opens a chat window over the page. If it stays blank or keeps connecting, refresh the page and open support again. If an error is shown, select Try again. If the browser still blocks loading, email info@sipco.online. Contact us opens a separate general enquiry form. Never send passwords or card details.

  1. Open the SIPCO website, choose your language and select support.
  2. Wait for the chat form. If the window is blank, refresh the page; if a connection error is shown, select Try again.
  3. As a guest, provide a reply email and enter your question. If chat will not load, use info@sipco.online. Sending is confirmed when the saved message appears, not when the window opens.

Recover after a stuck password change

Closing the page does not cancel a submitted password change. If it has stopped, choose Forgot password again, verify your own phone or email, and set a new password. After safety checks the newly verified request replaces the stopped one. If an operation is still running, wait and try later or contact support. The password must differ from your login and simple sequences. A recipient's password change alone does not prevent a transfer credit; other account restrictions remain.

  1. Refresh the page and check the result. Merely opening a form without confirming a change does not change your password.
  2. For a stopped change, open Forgot password again and verify access to your own phone or email. Never send your password to support.
  3. Set a new password. The new submitted request safely replaces the stopped one; if the previous operation is still running you will be asked to wait. Do not submit repeatedly.
  4. Wait for confirmed completion, then sign in again and update your SIP application's password. An unknown outcome does not mean cancellation; contact support when needed.
